Let's talk about the details everyone wants to know:

Shipping:

We offer Free shipping on all orders over 50.00. Which covers just about everything. Excluding some sale items.   

Returns: 

  • We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 10 days from date you received it.   
  • If you would like another size -and we have it in stock, we will pull the new size for you and hold it for 5 business days, once we receive tracking on your exchange.  We do not cover the shipping back to us. 
  • If you are returning for a refund and received free shipping, the shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Items that can not be returned:if it smells of smoke, body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged due to neglect.  Items must be in its original condition you received it with tags attached. 

All returns need to be approved before sending them back. Items that are just sent back will not be processed and it is your responsibility to cover the shipping back to you if this is the case. 
Repeat returners will not be tolerated, we limit all returns from a single customer to 3 a year. 

 

Wholesale:

Wholesale Shipping: We charge a flat shipping fee of 15.00 for wholesale orders.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
All sales are final.
If there is a problem with your order you have 5 calendar days to contact us from the day or order arrived.  We expect you to look over the order, double check the inventory you recieved.
You will be required to submit a return/missing/damaged request. This time frame is strict.
Depending on the nature of the issue would depend on how the item is returned/refunded

  • Item damaged by manufacture/production issue/ missing something/seams. - We will pay for the return shipping and replacement. 
    or issue a refund/credit 
  • We will not refund for Items that come back damaged, worn or washed, lost during shipping, or are damaged due to customer.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days after received.
  • When shipping back to us we recommend obtaining a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
