Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping: $9.89
Free Shipping: On all orders of $150+ (before tax and after discounts)
Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
Express Shipping: Available on select orders- If avaialbe it will be offered at checkout. If you do not see the Express shiipping but need it, contact us rightaway and we can look into a custom rate.
International Shipping
We've partnered with Global Market E-global Shipping to ensure smooth and reliable shipping worldwide.
Delivery Time: Please allow up to 16-20 days for processing, shipping, and delivery.
Duties & Taxes: Included in most eGlobal shipments. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we may not ship there—please email info@shop7degrees.com for assistance.
International Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for international orders at this time.
International Warranty: We will always honor our warranty for defects or malfunctions
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer RE:DO Return/Excchange insurance at checkout for return service. It is Recommended on orders. Return Shipping is not covered. Re:do covers this cost for you.
- 📆 10 Days: We welcome all qualifying returns within 10 days from the date your order was received.
Past 10 days (11-30) Exchange or Sotre Credit Only - 📦Original Shipping cost, Package Protection Insurance & Re-do are all Non-refundable.
For Returns or Exchanges. - Returns without Redo return insurance will have a return label Fee. Return postage IS NOT included.
- If you return items without submitting a return request, we will deduct 50% from the refund price.
- Items must be in their original condition you received it in, with tags attached, the poly bag is a plus.
Please note- Items that can not be returned:
🚨Has been washed/worn
🚨If it smells of smoke
🚨Body odor/🚨perfume
🚨Deodorant marks
🚨has stains
🚨has animal hair
🚨Make-up marks or
🚨If the item is damaged due to neglect. These items will not be excepted refunded/exchande
🚨NO exceptions.
Look at it carefully including the thumb/cuff area, if it does not come back in sellable condition we will NOT accept it and will NOT pay for it to come back to you. You are responsible to take good care of all items and carefully look it over before sending it back.
🚚Start a Return🚚
- We are a very reasonable company and will consider any return within a reasonable time. If you are past the 30 day window just send us an email at info@shop7degrees.com with your order details and return/exchange request. We try to make returns or exchanges easy. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us, we would be happy to help you.
- Repeat returners will not be tolerated, we limit all returns from a single customer to 3 a year.
Cancellations
- We will do all we can to assist with canceling your order before it has shipped.
- Please reach out to us quickly as we ship fast!
- If your order has already been shipped, a refund will be processed once we receive the package back.
- Shipping is NOT refunded.

Holiday Exception
Holiday Exceptions: Nov. 10 - Dec. 20
- Exceptions will be made up to 10 days past Dec. 25. We know that holiday shopping means items won't be tried on until after the gifts are given and tried on.
- If a gift doesn't fit, please contact us directly to make any exchange or refund requests.
